How to use: We recommend taking 1-2 tablets per day, taken on an empty stomach, unless otherwise indicated.
Silymarin, molecular complesso present in the Milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum), is well known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective. Recent studies have indicated that Silymarin is able to antagonize the inflammation in the dermis neutralizing free radicals of oxygen and also by inhibiting the production of leukotrienes. Silymarin is absorbed orally and excreted via the bile, with a half-life of about 6 hours, dosages used vary from 200 to 1000 mg per day.
The Ginkgo Biloba has a large literature that shows that the terpene derivative (ginkgolides and bilobalide) and flavonoids have a specific activity on the microcirculation; as they reduce the capillary permeability, protect cell membranes from free radicals, play an anti-inflammatory and interfere with the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO); in this also adds a relaxing activity on smooth muscles of the corpora cavernosa.
